Every bike goes to a child in your community through a local nonprofit. In just a few hours, your team gives them a moment of pure joy they will never stop talking about, and gives your people a day they'll remember just as long.
Your group splits into teams of 4 to 10, depending on your size. Everyone gets a role, and the energy builds from the first minute.
Teams compete in games and challenges to win their bike parts, piece by piece, with a DJ and MC keeping the room loud.
Each team assembles one boy's and one girl's bike, with our safety team checking every bolt along the way.
Every bike comes with a safety helmet and goes to a local child through our nonprofit partner, presented on the spot or delivered afterward. And sometimes, the kids are there to ride them home.
You bring the people. We bring everything else, from the first bike part to the final cheer.
Kids in need through charity partners such as Big Brothers Big Sisters and Girls Inc. We handle the coordination.
Not at all. Our safety team walks every team through the build and checks each bike before it's donated.
Yes. Bikes can be presented at the end of the event or delivered to the charity afterward, whichever fits your day.
Often, yes. Depending on the time of year and the nonprofit, we can surprise your team at the end of the event with the kids receiving the bikes. If that's not possible, we can schedule a photo opportunity with some of the children for a later date.
