Campaigns that connect your brand to the causes your people care about — with real impact you can point to.
Start a project →Doing good and doing well are not separate goals.
We build campaigns that do both.
Every campaign we build in this space starts with saying thank you — to the people who serve, the families who stand beside them and the communities that hold them up. We help brands turn that gratitude into something real: moments people feel, programs that last and stories worth telling.
Recognizing veterans, service members and first responders in ways that feel personal, not performative.
Care packages, reunions and moments that reach the people at home too.
Community programs that show up where your people live and work.
For eight years, we've been humbled to build the Window World Military Initiative alongside Tammy Whitworth, Chairman & CEO, and Jamie McBride, Window World Board Member.
The success of the Window World Military Initiative has been shaped in large part by the guidance, insight, and dedication of Jenn and Kelley. Their ability to take ideas and turn them into meaningful action has been invaluable in helping us grow our mission and expand our impact. What truly sets them apart is their genuine passion for supporting our active-duty military members, veterans, and their families. More than advisors, they have been trusted partners who share our commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of those who have served and continue to serve our country.
We led a Window World team of veterans and civilians from the first training run to the finish of the Marine Corps Marathon. We didn't just market a cause. We lived it alongside them.
Window World believes in hiring veterans, and several of its own employees served in Operation Iraqi Freedom. The goal was to show what that commitment looks like in real life: bringing veterans and their civilian coworkers together around one shared mission, the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, DC.
We led a team of seven veterans and civilians through a 16-week training program, then designed a race weekend with purpose. The team visited the 9/11 Memorial at the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery to honor fallen friends, then gathered for a pasta dinner full of honest conversation about veteran hiring and the support veterans need. On race day, our team cheered them on at five stops along the course, and we captured every step in a four-minute documentary.
Veterans and civilians trained side by side, pushed through the hard miles together and ran 26.2 miles as one team. The weekend showed, in a way no ad ever could, that hiring veterans makes a difference: on a team, in a workplace and in each other's lives.
